#2 Rocky Ledge
Southern slope open setting with the forest to your back.
#2 Rocky Ledge is just south of the property line at the top of North 40 block.
The mountain side has sparse trees that allow for an amazing view to the south. Lucky Peak Reservoir can be seen to the south east.
A look-out version of a dwelling with stilts would make this a location a rugged retreat with a backdrop of forest.
Just to the west are possible sites with more space minus the rocky outfacing.
To Access Rocky Ledge, the same access to Bear Top #1 would have to be followed, passing into the adjoining property. A short branch-off road would lead to the dwelling.
Mountains! Lots of mountains! Elevated and exposed to the landscape for miles with the forest on the north side.
In the video below, you'll fly over the #2-Rocky Ledge location, then continue west towards #1 Bear Top. You way notice 1 or 2 other possible locations along the ridge that may work for sites.
Here is the alternate site just to the west of #2 Rocky Ledge. Flatter with more space, but more exposed and forest set back further.
