Southern slope with a nearly unobstructed 360 view.
Bear Top is an incredible location for the view. With nearly a full 360 view of the Boise Valley, sprawling mountain ranges with distant peaks, and glimpses of Lucky Peak Reservoir. On clear days, you can see all the way across Treasure Valley to Oregon.
To access Bear Top, the two hundred yards of road prior to the summit is steep.
